Yasmin Acosta-Segundo, a beacon of warmth and kindness, left this world far too soon on January 22, 2026. Born on July 5, 1995, in Puebla, Mexico, she captivated the hearts of many during her all-too-brief life. Yasmin graced the lives of many with her warm, inviting spirit and the undeniable beauty that radiated from her kind heart. Known for her approachable smile and a personality that made all who encountered her feel at ease, Yasmin was more than just a remarkable woman, she was a beautiful example of light in her community.  

An accomplished local business owner of UPEX & Gifts, LLC, Yasmin poured her heart and soul into her work, creating a space where the essence of kindness was always palpable. Her welcoming smile became synonymous with her business, enchanting each patron that crossed her threshold and turning fleeting visits into lasting friendships. She was not just a businesswoman; she was a cherished member of her local community, esteemed by all who knew her generosity and grace. 

Yasmin was known for her stunning beauty, a brightness that radiated both inside and out. Her approachable demeanor invited connection, making her a cherished confidante and friend. She had an unparalleled way of making those around her feel seen and valued, embodying the essence of companionship through genuine interest and caring gestures. 

Alongside her passion for her career, Yasmin was a devoted wife to her husband, Marcos Erives, and a loving mother to their six-year-old son, Ayden Alexander Erives. The pride she felt in motherhood was palpable; nurturing Ayden was her proudest accomplishment. Together, they created a joyful world filled with laughter, games, and shared experiences- an unbreakable bond that now echoes in the hearts of all who knew her. 

Yasmin's love transcended her immediate family. Her beloved parents, Eliverio and Edith Acosta, and her dear sisters, Ana and Edith Acosta, share the profound loss of a daughter and sister whose spirit was so vibrant it seemed to light up every room. They, along with many other friends and relatives, will forever cherish the beautiful memories and lessons of kindness and resilience she imparted.  

A lover of life, Yasmin found joy in the little things. Whether snowboarding down snowy slopes, playing games with her son, or embracing her Christian faith, each moment was an opportunity to celebrate her deep appreciation for life. 

In her passing, Yasmin leaves behind a legacy of love, warmth, and kindness; one that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. While her physical presence may no longer be with us, the impact of her gentle spirit will forever echo in the hearts and lives of those she touched. Her journey, while brief, was filled with remarkable accomplishments. laughter, and above all, an insatiable love for her family that will never fade.
