Shantel Celeste Ulibarri

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Shantel Celeste Ulibarri. Born July 14,1987 Shantel was a loving daughter, mother, sister, and friend whose kindness, laughter, and strength touched everyone around her. She is survived by her father John Ulibarri and her mother Lori Polk and Brian Polk. Her children Gianna Maes, daughter Audrina, her son Ezra, Kyla, and grandmother Consuelo as well as numerous cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews, and extended family and friends. Very positive, Loving and Caring woman. Everybody loved her. She had such a beautiful smile. We honor her life in a way that reflects the Love she gave so freely.
