Sean Ogden, born on December 14, 1975, in Pensacola, Florida passed away unexpectedly on September 6, 2025, in Espanola, New Mexico. He leaves behind a legacy marked by his boundless spirit, kindness, and a remarkable ability to engage with those around him.

Sean's career was a testament to his versatility and talent. He was a true Jack of all trades and traversed the globe in service of his work. His professional journey included putting up satellite towers and receivers to provide critical networking capabilities to rural villages in Alaska, as well as contributing his skills in medical equipment and networking at a hospital in Kalispell, Montana. Notable among his achievements was his role in Technical Security and Signals Countermeasures at the prestigious Los Alamos National Laboratory.

An honorable veteran, Sean served in the Air Force for four years before continuing his commitment as a civilian contractor in Iraq and Afghanistan. His dedication to service was evident not just in his military career but also in the way he chose to live his life, treating everyone like family and offering assistance to those in need.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Sean was passionate about various hobbies that enriched his life and the lives of others. He had an adventurous spirit and loved to travel, visiting numerous countries including Central America and Indonesia. Sean's love of nature was reflected in his photography; he captured breathtaking landscapes that showcased his artistic talent. Additionally, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, shooting, riding motorcycles and bikes, and hiking, embracing the outdoors with enthusiasm.

Sean had a cheerful disposition, often bringing joy to those around him. His loving and generous nature will be sorely missed by family and friends alike. He is survived by his father, Terry Ogden and stepmother Sue; sister, Heather and partner Jay; stepfather, Les; stepsister, Carrie Scott; niece, Amber Moore; nephew, Shea Jacobs; great-nephew, Austin Moore and many other family members and cherished friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cathy Coy.

The impact Sean left on the hearts of those who knew him will be cherished forever. As we remember his joyful laughter and warm heart, we celebrate a life well-lived, one that touched many and forged lasting connections across the globe.
