In Loving Memory of Paul J Akers Jr., Loving Brother, Twin, Uncle and Son. Paul was called home and gained his wings in Angel Fire, NM on September 20, 2026, at the age of 43. Paul was born in Albuquerque, NM on May 27, 1983, to his parents, Paul Sr. and Manuelita Akers. Moved to the East mountains and graduated from Moriarty High School in 2001.

Paul later moved to Angel Fire where he spent his time loving his fur babies, working hard, enjoying the outdoors, embracing fishing and always helping many, many people. He was a fighter, kind, silly, funny, but spoke his mind, wild and lived freely. Paul is survived by both his parents, Sister Beverly Manzer (Jeromey), Sister Angelica Nunez (Nathan), Twin Salvador Romero (Marshall), and Nephews; Matthew, Isaac, and Adrian. His memory will live on in all who have had the honor of knowing him, he will be greatly missed by many. May you soar with the angels our brother. Until we meet again!
