Patrick A. Romero

Patrick A. Romero, 61, a loving husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Emilio, and great-niece, Kaylyn; his mother-in-law Evelyn, brother-in-law Gabby, and sister-in-law Val.

Patrick is survived by his wife Julene; his mother Lorraine; sisters Michelle (Edward), Teri (Eddie), Jeri (James), Jaqueline; brothers Dennis, Marshall, Chuck (Kathy); in-law’s Annette (Brian), Angela (Troy), Anthony (Michelle), Ivan; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Patrick was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 49 and worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He enjoyed spending time at his home in El Dorado surrounded by his dogs and his wife Julene whom he had been together with since age 16. He had a lifelong passion for music and was a gifted guitar player. He enjoyed sharing his talent with family and friends and we will continue to hear him in the songs he loved. He will be remembered for his music, humor, and love that touched the lives of many.

A rosary will be held at 10:00 AM, followed by a funeral mass at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 16, 2025, at St. Anne's Catholic Parish in Santa Fe.
