Pamela Sutton

Pamela Sutton, 62, beloved Mother, was called to her eternal resting place on June 11, 2020. She entered this world on September 21, 1957 in St. Louis, MO, born to Gerhardt and Marie Frieling.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, her parents, and her brother Geary. She is survived by her two sons, Jacob and Chester, brother Mike, and sister Beverly.

Pamela was married to John Sutton on May 24th, 1980 in St. Louis, MO. Pamela and John met while attending the University of Missouri. Pamela remained an avid supporter of the University and regularly donated to the school.

Pamela and her husband founded Award Pet Supply in 1983 in Columbia, MO. They both loved the work at the store and continued running it for 17 years, until health concerns for John made it too difficult.

After John's passing, Pamela moved to the Southwest to be closer to both sons and to spend her time traveling with family.
