Oscar is preceded in death by his mother: Maria Lidia Ortiz Diaz father: Eduviges Guerrero Galaviz Brother: Arnaldo G. Ortiz.

He is survived by his wife Helen Rosas of 35 years. Sister’s: Maribel G. Ortiz, Hortencia G. Ortiz (Efrain) brother’s: Javier G. Ortiz, Leonel G. Ortiz, Arturo G. Ortiz (Darlene) and Many nieces, nephews, cousin, He cared for deeply.

A Rosary will be held on December 4, 2025, at 9:30 A.M., followed by Mass at 10:00 A.M. at San Isidro Church, 2148 San Isidro Crossing, Santa Fe, NM 87507.
