Mary Sandoval

Mary Sandoval went to be with the Lord in heaven on December 20, 2025 after blessing this earth for 92 years. Mary was a lifelong resident of Cerrillos, New Mexico where she was born on June 19, 1933. She was a devout catholic and dedicated parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cerrillos where she attended mass daily. Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years Maurice, her father and mother Gene and Emma Montoya, her sister Viola Sanchez and her husband Herman, her brother Frank Montoya, her special aunts Edith and Corina Simoni and her uncle and godfather Johnnie Simoni. She was loved by her five children Mark and wife Theresa, Viola and husband Ralph, Yolanda, Christina and Regina and husband Chris, and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was also loved by her brother Patrick Montoya and his late wife Patsy, her brother Anthony Montoya and his wife Patty and her sister in law Noel Montoya, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Anyone who knew Mary was touched by her generosity, compassion and love for all. She will be greatly missed. Services will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Cerrillos on December 31, 2025. Rosary will be at 9:00 followed by the service at 10:00.
