Mary M. Ferran

Mary went to be with our Lord on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at the age of 99.  

She passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Cresencio and Vicentita Medina; husband, Julius Ferran; brothers, Louie Medina and Abel Medina (Lucy); In-aws, Isidore and Flossie Ferran, Elsie Hays (Luke), Gilbert Ferran (Grace), Edna Ferran, Robert Ferran (Viola), Lorraine Padilla (Johnny); and beloved granddaughter, Rebecca Trujillo. 

Mary is survived by her children, Louie Ferran (Marilyn), Jessie Trujillo (Frank), and Michael Ferran.  Grandchildren Eddie Ferran, Donna Ortiz (Anthony), Brenda Ferran, Lorenzo Trujillo, Vincent Trujillo, Venessa Urioste (Manuel), Rebecca Trujillo (deceased). Francesca Ferran, Manuel Ferran; and great-grandchildren Manuelito and Marcos Urioste, who were with her in her final moments.  A special person in her life who called her "Grandma", Candy Saiz (Frank), along with great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Mary will be remembered as a woman of unwavering faith, her love and dedication to family, and her strong and quiet presence.  She was ready to go home and be reunited with her loved ones. 

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at St Anne's Church in Santa Fe.  The Rosary will be at 9:00 am, with Mass at 10 am and burial at 1pm at Rosario Cemetery.
