Madena Row Bennett died in July 2026 at 56 years old. She is survived by her mother, Kathryn Bennett, her brother, Matt Clarke, her sister, Kimberly Belleville and her father, Alan Siegel. Madena was incredibly intelligent, always the funniest person in the room, quick witted and sharp, and so very clever and savvy. She also had a life-long passion for animals, especially birds.
She worked tirelessly at the Wildlife Center in Malibu, California and the Wildlife Center in Espanola, New Mexico for many years, extremely dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of wild animals. When the birds were not able to be released she readied them for becoming educational animals for schools, community groups and anyone interested in seeing a beautiful wild bird up close. Later in life here in New Mexico she was a caregiver to the elderly, developing deep relationships with her clients, helping many of them pass peacefully. Madena will be missed and remembered by many.
