Lugarda “Lugie” Arellano, 80, of Penasco passed away on February 16, 2016. She is preceded in death by her parents, Juan Pablo and Rumalda Archuleta, siblings, Virginia, Mary, Piemenia, Dora, and Roland. She is survived by her husband, Severo Arellano, children, Sharon Arellano (David Felix), Beverly Ortiz (Joseph), Rachel Arellano and Alice Jaramillo (Matthew), grandchildren, Armand Felix, Kimberly and James Ortiz, Isaiah Rodriguez, Justin and Santana Jaramillo, great grandchildren, Xavian and Halo-Rose Jaramillo and Ava Marie Romero, brothers, Nick and Norman Lopez, and many other relatives and friends. Rosary was recited on February 19, 2016 with funeral mass followed at San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church. Arrangements by Rivera Family Funeral Home.
