Lorenzo Garcia

Lorenzo (Lorry) Garcia, 81 born and raised in Santa Fe passed away on August 23, 2016 after getting lost in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains on August 14, 2016. He was married to Cecilia Garcia for 62 years. He was preceded in death by his parents Isabel and Antonio Garcia, and Rafelita and Benjamin Montoya; sisters Beatrice and Marie. He is survived by his wife, Cecilia Garcia, his children Bernadette, Catherine, Patricia, John and wife June, Loretta and husband Sig; Grandchildren, Jason, Justin, Ryan, Michelle, Andrea, Valerie, Diego, Arthur, Joshlyn, Elicia, Michael, Stefanie and Jackie; Great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Savannah, Oliver and Maddox; brothers and sisters: Albert, Michael, Joseph, Jerome, Steve, Suki, Francis, Marian, Patti, and Carla. The Garcia Family is so very grateful for all the volunteers who contributed time and effort to locate Lorry especially, Jacob Montoya, Andrew Griego and Andrew Pena. A Rosary will be recited 7:00pm Thursday, September 1, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 417 Agua Fria St; with a mass of Christian burial 10:00am Friday, September 2, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church with Burial to follow at Rosario Cemetery.
