Leroy Belcher

 LeRoy Belcher, 76, of Taos passed away January 29, 2020. "Be happy and enjoy the day," was his motto. Taos will miss 'The Walking Man' as he was called.  He loved Taos and he loved to walk - he could walk anywhere he wanted to go in Taos. He never met a stranger, and he was generous to a fault. The single best word to describe him is 'Joyous'.
