October 17, 1969 — February 5, 2023
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joe. He is survived by his daughter Arrianna, parents Joe and Elsie Ruiz, fiancé Debbie, sisters Maria, Dorinda, Liz (Aron) and Cathy, many nieces and nephews, a very special friend Mary and many other friends.
A viewing will be held on Monday February 13th, 2023 from 5pm-8pm at Rivera Funeral Home.
A celebration of his life and reception will be held at a later time at Grace Community Church in SF to be announced.
