Janelle Raquel Trujillo

Janelle Raquel Trujillo age 45, of Santa Fe, New Mexico passed away peacefully on March 22nd, 2026 surrounded by her loved ones.

Born on October 4,1980 to Nestor Jr. and Joan Trujillo, Janelle was a beautiful whole- hearted soul. She spent her life enjoying spending time with family and friends, she loved to do arts and crafts, enjoy the outdoors, baking and had a passion for flowers. She had such a big heart, lending a helping hand to anyone in need, she never backed down from being the strong, beautiful, crazy, silly Jen that she was. Always ready for another adventure or whatever life brought her way. She was a strong Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister and Friend. In her early years Janelle was employed with the Santa Fe Public Schools and then moved on to the State of New Mexico. She then carried on and opened her own Floral Business. Janelle is preceded in death by her fiancé Steven Quintana, stepson Estevan Quintana, grandparents Nestor and Helen Trujillo, George and Connie Wright and numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. She is survived by parents Joan and Nestor Trujillo, Daughters Shyann Alarid (Julian), Isabel Alarid (George). Stepchildren Catalina Quintana, Javier Quintana. Sister Jacqueline Trujillo (Christopher Romero). Grandchildren Antonio Urioste, Samuel, Cruz, and Little Larry Quintana, niece Lilly Marie Romero and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Janelle will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew her. Services will be held on April 22nd at 10:00 a.m. at St. Johns Catholic Church in Santa Fe. With a Rosary and Mass and Burial to follow at Rivera’s cemetery.
