James "Jamie" Allard

James Jamie Allard, 42 a resident of Chama, passed away suddenly on Thursday, April 2, 2015. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Allard; brother, Stephen Allard; paternal grandparents, Thurman and Martha Allard, maternal grandparents, Mike and Eufemia Rascon, Jamie was a dedicated family man that loved unconditionally and with all his heart. He adored his wife, daughters, and mother. He was known to be an excellent mechanic. In his spare time, he enjoyed the outdoors, such as hunting, fishing, and camping. Jamie was always willing to lend a helping hand. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Jamie is survived by his mother, Luggie Allard; wife, Toni Walker-Allard of Chama, daughters, Emiley Allard of Chama, Heather and Marie Matelski both of Phoenix, AZ, Cameron Walker of Albuquerque; and a very close cousin Rose Rascon of Chama, and numerous other relatives, cousins and friends. A devotional service took place on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at El Meson Lodge. A reception followed at the Cooks and Books/Senior Center in Chama.
