Irma Gonzalez, a longtime resident of Santa Fe, New Mexico, passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 59.
Irma was a God-fearing woman who raised her children in faith and love. A devoted stay-at-home mother, she made sure her kids never came home from school without a warm, home-cooked meal waiting for them. She shared a strong and lasting marriage with a husband who cherished her deeply and made sure she never had to work a day outside the home.
Even as she faced the trial of cancer, Irma’s faith never wavered. Though the journey was difficult, she remained faithful to God until her final breath. Her strength and trust in Him became a lasting testimony to her children—who, instead of questioning God, chose to accept His will, believing with peace that He gives, and He takes away.
She will always be remembered for her joyful spirit, her unwavering devotion to her family, and the warmth of her big, beautiful smile.
