Harold Montoya

Harold Raymond Montoya, 61, of Espanola, NM, passed away in the comfort of his own home on May 1, 2020.

Harold is proceeded in death by his father, Lauriano Montoya; mother, Greselda Montoya; sisters, Joann Gurule, and Jackie Montoya.  He is survived by his companion Cassandra Tafoya; spouse Placida Mercedes, children, Terry Waters (Chris), Harold Montoya Jr., Donna Archuleta (Antonio) and Jerry Archuleta; Siblings, Marlene Lucero (Alfonso), Antonio Montoya, Archie Montoya (Angela), Benny Montoya and many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Harold will always be remembered for his caring nature, his joking personality and his ability to make people laugh.

A special thank you to his close friend Estevan Herrera and the many friends that helped care for him in his last days.  Also, the family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude towards the Rivera Funeral Home for assisting during this difficult time.
