Gilbert Cruz

Gilbert Cruz, 80, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2015. Gilbert was known by many of his kind heart and talent for creating whimsical art. Others might remember him for his many years of service working at Moly Corp in Questa and Ace Hardware in Taos. Gilbert was a basketball player in his youth and enjoyed fishing, bowling and raising his family in Talpa. He will be missed, especially by his son Joseph Cruz and his wife Jeannette, son, Rocky Cruz and his wife Poppy, his daughter, Ida Mondragon and her husband John, seven grandchildren, three great-grand children and a number of nieces and nephews.
