Frances Vigil, 88 of San Cristobal passed away on October 22, 2008 after a lengthy illness. She is preceded in death by her husband, Cleofes Vigil. She is survived by her children, Elaine Norma Padilla (Luis), Ronald John Vigil and Beatrice Gloria Medina (Joe).
