Flavio Aragon

Flavio H. Aragon, 80, resident of Las Vegas, New Mexico, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2015. He was born January 27, 1935 in Anton Chico, the son of Maria Lenora and Lamberto Aragon. His parents preceded him in death. Flavio retired from the U.S. Postal Service following many years of service. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He was also a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. Flavio enjoyed wood working, working in his yard, and cooking for his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Alice Aragon; two daughters, Teresa Aragon of Santa Fe, and Cathy Aragon of Las Vegas, NM, and one son, Mark Aragon of Rio Rancho, NM; a son-in-law, Donald Gleason of Santa Fe; grandsons, Joel Adam Baca of Santa Fe and John David Martinez of Las Vegas, NM; two sisters-in-law, Isabel Martinez and husband Mel, and Ramona Maestas, and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 am Friday, February 13, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Interment at Mount Calvary Cemetery will be later that day.
