Obituary from his loving Mother

Elias Josiah Tiberi, 21, passed away tragically Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, in Espanola, NM. Elias was a bright and creative soul whose passion for music, skateboarding, and cars, his loyalty to his friends, and infectious energy will be sadly missed.

Born April 6, 2004, in Uniontown, PA, Elias came into this world with a smile that could melt your heart.

He devoted countless hours to skateboarding and creating music, producing a stream of songs that flowed straight from his heart. His music captured his genuine, unfiltered, raw and often humorous take on the challenges he faced, as well as those encountered by many young people as they seek to express themselves and navigate through life.

Those who knew Elias describe him as an unwavering support system when someone was dealing with something that he wanted to help them get through.

Although he could stir up a little mischief, he would go to all extremes to make you laugh till you had no choice but to make amends with him, showing how extraordinary he really was. Elias was truly one of a kind, so unique, which is what made him who he was.

As the youngest son of nine children, Elias is survived by his parents, Robert Eugene Tiberi of Los Alamos, NM, and Victoria Ann Tiberi of Jemez Springs, Siblings, Robert (Bobby) Joseph Tiberi of Waynesburgh, PA, Victoria (Tori) E. Tiberi of Uniontown, PA, Nina M. Tiberi of Pittsburgh, PA, Isaac J. Tiberi, of Conneaut, Ohio, Benjamin N. Tiberi, of Conneaut, Ohio, Hadassah (Dessa) Tiberi of Jemez Springs, NM, Eliana Tiberi, who was Elias’s pod to the two pea’s that they were, of Jemez Springs, NM.

Additionally, he is survived by his Nieces and Nephews, Lacie Tiberi of Waynesburg, PA. Elliott Tiberi of Georgia. Jeffery Southwick and Giovanna Southwick of Uniontown, PA, Many Aunts, Uncles, and a large group of cousins, plus a tight-knit group of friends who were like extended family to him.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Angelina Tiberi, with whom he shares his birthday. Grandparents, Joseph and Phylis Tiberi of Fairbank, PA. Bernard and Clara Molek of Conneaut, Ohio. An Uncle David (Peevey) Molek of Conneaut, Ohio, who he thought was the coolest! And an Uncle Robert Molek from Colorado.

A private burial will take place, followed by a heartfelt community celebration of Elias’ life, which is set for Dec. 6, 2025. We invite all whose lives were touched by Elias to join us in celebrating the joy and love he brought into this world. The venue location will be announced once the final details have been confirmed.

Though Elias’s time here was short, Elias lived with passion and vibrancy that will resonate forever in our hearts. We want to honor his legacy of laughter, creativity, and love as we remember the remarkable young man he was to all who knew and loved him unconditionally.
