Edward Paul Monte PH. D.
July 31, 1951 - May 11, 2025
Edward was a memorable storyteller. He could spin a tale of a trip to the post office and make it feel like an epic.
Edward was extremely proud of his New Mexico heritage. He earned his Ph.D. in Psychology and was a clinician, lecturer, and author at the University of Pennsylvania, Hohnemann Hospital, and Crozer-Chester Medical Center in Philadelphia for over twenty years.
Edward was the founder of CENTRA, a multidisciplinary therapy practice in NJ, and of FAMILY SOLUTIONS GROUP. He was also a major contributor to the field of Family Business succession planning. Edward is survived by his husband of 47 years, Bob Juillet, sisters Patrica Newman and Carol Coyle, and innumerable friends and admirers.
