Edumenio Madrid

Edumenio (Eddie) L. Madrid age 68, a resident of Pueblo, Colorado and formally of Abiquiu, NM went to be with the Lord on April 20, 2016. Eddie was born on Feb 29, 1948 to Agapito and Irene Madrid. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Criselda, son Joseph Paul Madrid, daughter Irene Madrid, parents Agapito and Irene Madrid. Eddie was known as Eddie Mac or Eddie Madrid Capital of Spain. Eddie served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War and was later employed by Ghost Ranch until his retirement. Eddie is survived by his son, Robert Madrid (Anita), daughters Lori (Gonzalo) Galvez, Sandra Martinez (Lorenzo) and Lorraine Archuleta. Siblings Susie Lopez (Roman), Corine Sisneros (Simon), Richard (Rose) Madrid, and Chris Madrid (Bonnie Jo). As well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Rosary will be recited on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at St Thomas Parish in Abiquiu, NM at 6 p.m Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at St Thomas Parish in Abiquiu at 9:00 a.m. with burial following at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.
