Dolores Vigil

Dolores C. Vigil, 77 – A lifelong resident of Santa Fe, NM passed away on February 10, 2019. She is preceded in death by her parents: Manuel and Josefita Sandoval; husband, Ike T. Vigil, grandson, Julian Raymond Rael-Vigil; sister, Virigina Serna. She is survived by her son, Isaac Vigil, daughter: Gloria Vigil (Sam), Flora Roybal (Tacho) and JoAnn Vigil (Kip); grandchildren: Alysia (Diego), Derrick, Jessica (Ernesto) and Olivia. Great-grandchildren: Nevaeh, Sarriah, Emberlynn and baby Archuleta; sisters: Marylou Lane and Crestina Apodaca. She worked and retired from St. John’s College after 48 years of dedication. During her employment, she made many friends, including fellow office worker Johnny (Nono) Zamora and wife Sylvia. She had a strong and generous spirit and will truly be missed by many. Serving as pallbearers will be James Dominick and Manuel Sandoval. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Kiva Chapel of Light with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A mass will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Cristo Rey Catholic Church with interment to follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:45 p.m.
