Carol Lee Stiver, of Santa Fe, passed away August 19, 2019. She was born October 28, 1932 in Springdale, Arkansas to William B. and Edith Simons. She graduated from Springdale High School in 1949 and attended the University of Arkansas.
She married Joe A. Stiver in July of 1950. They lived in Ponca City, Oklahoma and moved several times, following the construction trade, before settling in Santa Fe. Carol was active as a Jehovah’s Witness.
