Carol Martinez

Carol Martinez, age 76, passed away on July 18, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Carol Martinez was preceded in death by her parents; Antonio and Eloisa Herrera of Dixon, NM; sister Conchita who died 10 days before her 14th birthday; brother Antonio Herrera, Jr who was called Tony died at the age of 25, he was a US Navy Veteran. Carol is survived by her daughters; Loretta Quintana (Peter), from Pueblo CO., Cindy Martinez from Espanola, NM; son; Robert Gonzales from Dixon, NM. Her Beloved Companion; Arturo Sanchez from Espanola, NM. A sister, Lillian Herrera of Albuquerque,NM; brothers, Juan Herrera (Rosita), Frank Herrera (Zeida) of Mexico and Lawrence Herrera (Theresa) of Dixon, NM. Two grandsons, Manuel J. Martinez (Master Sergeant USAF Active Duty) (and wife, Amber) who was like a son that she helped raise and Joshua Baca from San Antonio, TX. A private family service will take place at the Rivera Family Funeral Home Chapel in Espanola, NM.
