Bonnie Ann Gilchrist

Bonnie Ann Gilchrist passed away peacefully at her home in Taos on August 13 at the age of 91. Born in 1925, Bonnie lived through the Great Depression, raised three fine children with her husband, Lt. Colonel Charles A. Gilchrist, published the remarkable story of her life at age 67, and was a tremendous support and inspiration to many friends and students. This woman of great love and wisdom will be sorely missed by many. She is survived by her daughter, Alena Gilchrist of Taos, and by her son, Garth Gilchrist of San Rafael, California. A memorial service celebrating her life was held at her home at 1430 Sangre de Cristo, Taos, on August 21, 2016. Arrangements by Rivera Family Funeral Home.
