Anthony Gutierrez

Anthony Mr. G Gutierrez, 57, of Taos passed away unexpectedly on August 20, 2013. He was a longtime educator in the Taos Schools systems, including teacher, athletic director and drivers ed instructor. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edmundo Gutierrez and Lucy Santistevan, brother, Pete Gutierrez and niece, Christina Gutierrez. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Oclides Gutierrez, sons, Michael Gutierrez, Randy Suazo (Mary) and Justin Fernandez, grandchildren, Raylynn Fernandez, Max, Brandi and Reggie Suazo, brother, Robert Skipper Gutierrez, uncle, Jimmy Santistevan (Mattie), very close cousins, Mariana Ramirez, Maya Chacon, Madelyn Salazar and Michelle Parr, numerous other relatives and close friends. Rosary was recited on August 25, 2013. Funeral mass was held on August 26, 2013. Both were held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
