Anthony "Dawg" Avila

Anthony Paul Avila, age 47, born December 11,1976 and raised in Santa Fe, NM, went home to our lord on Friday June 30, 2023. Anthony A.K.A “Dawg” lit up a room with his smile and always made it known that he loved you. He was a passionate teammate, friend, colleague, and most importantly a loving father. Anthony is survived by his daughters Aviannah Avila & Giana Avila, mother Donna Avila, brother Paul Cordova and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and Friends. He is preceded in death by his father Paul Ortiz and grandmother Josie Avila. Anthony was greatly loved and will be missed by many. Services will be held at St. Anne’s Parish on August 18, 2023. Rosary at 10 am, funeral mass at 11 am followed by the burial at Rosario Cemetery in Santa Fe. Reception details will be announced.
