Anselmo A. "Tony" Bowles

Anselmo A. Bowles-born on Nov. 11th, 1937, in Colonias, New Mexico-passed away on Feb. 22nd, 2026, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, at age 88. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Thomas and Rosarito Bowles; his wife, Elizabeth Bowles; his daughter, Janet Patricia Bowles; his in-laws; his brothers and sisters; and their spouses. He is survived by his son, Anthony Bowles; his grandson, Matthew Bowles; his brother, Gilbert (Mary Ann) Bowles and sister, Molly Carrol; and many extended family members who he loved and held dear.

A rosary will be recited on Mar. 4th at 10 AM at St. John's Catholic Church, located at 1301 Osage Ave in Santa Fe. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11 AM. The Catholic burial will take place at Rosario Cemetery located at 499 North Guadalupe Street in Santa Fe.
