Alice Armijo

Alice “Shorty” Armijo was called to be with our lord on March 24, 2017. Alice is preceded in death by her parents Maria and Benito Vigil, siblings Jane Mason, Benito, Jenny and Dee Vigil. Children Avery and Renee Armijo. son-in-law Eddie Griego and grandson Joaquin Casaus IV. She is survived by her loving husband Gregorio M. Armijo; Son Charlie Armijo; daughters Teri Griego and Belinda Armijo; daughter-in-law Margie Quintana (Ralph); Grandchildren Greg, Zach (Aryana)Armijo, Holly, Eric, Kayla Griego, Lauren Casaus, Jeremiah Montoya. Great Grandchildren Alissandra & Avery Armijo. Siblings Speedy (Andrea) and Joe (Sandra). Shorty retired after 35 years of service from St. Vincent’s Hospital. She was loved by all that met her, and had contagious giggle and smile that would fill everyone’s heart with love and joy. There will be a rosary recited on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the Kiva Chapel of Light. 417 E. Rodeo Rd. A Funeral mass will be held at St Anne’s Parish Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 10:00amwith a burial to follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery and a Reception at the FOP on Airport Rd.
