William Guy McNeal, 25, of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on August 19, 2012. He was born to Donald and Jenny McNeal in 1986 and was a teacher. He will be greatly missed.
No services were held and the family would like to thank everyone for their continued support during this difficult time.
